Q: What types of payments do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal.
Q: Do you need to have a PayPal Account to purchase something?
A: No, you do not need to have a PayPal Account to purchase items on our site. We recently switched to PayPal Merchant Services because they can process many payment types at a much lower cost. When you get to the payment page, you can scroll down a little bit past the PayPal login to use another payment type.
Q: How will I receive my product after it is paid for?
A: If you bought an electronic product, you will receive an e-mail with link to your file through a company called PayLoadz. Click on the link in the e-mail and it will take you to a page where you can securely download the file you purchased.
Q: I am having a technical problem with the software purchased, what do I do?
A: Simply contact our Technical Support Team and explain to them the problem. Don't forget to let them know what product you are having issues with and they can help you out.
